After more than 20 years in the insurance industry, Carolyn Duncan saw the same problem again and again: people felt lost, confused, and unsure if they were getting honest advice.
She'd worked on the inside, with internal banks handling enforced insurance, private property and casualty offices, and corporate health insurance companies in various positions. She knew how the industry worked. And she knew it could work better for the people it's supposed to serve.
That's why she founded Duncan Market Insurance. Not to push products, but to be the advocate every person deserves when making important insurance decisions.
Originally from Oklahoma, Carolyn moved to Florida in 2011 and has been serving the Jacksonville community ever since. When you work with Duncan Market Insurance, you're not just getting an insurance agent, you're getting a neighbor who genuinely cares about your wellbeing.
